I will start with the basics, like how to sit, what to do with your hands and how to stop that monkey mind from spinning.Then we will sit in silence for a few minutes. After that I allowed the meditation music play for an additional 10 minutes, so you have the option to stay in quit meditation or lay down and relax in Savasana.
