I am EarthBound - Handmade 108 Malas & Yoga Jewelry

African Turquoise, Feldspar & Sandalwood Amulet Mala

I am EarthBound

Regular price $85.00

For this 108 Mala I used African Turquoise, Feldspar, Sandalwood and a 1960's vintage coin from India. I used only 5mm beads so the mala is shorter than my regular malas, and this would be great for those who don't want a long mala, or if you like to layer with a longer mala. The mala has been hand knotted on an extra strong, nylon cord with one knot between each gemstone bead. It not only looks great, it also makes it easy to use it as a tool in your meditation practice.

Mala length: 30" (76cm). Amulet length: 3/4" (17mm).

  • African Turquoise is a stone that brings you structure, balance, prosperity and a clear and focused mind. It will awaken your soul to its intended purpose and its encouraging energy will open your mind to the possibility of newness. It will renew your spirit, energy and path in life and help you bring about necessary change into your life. African Turquoise will help you stay true to yourself. It is connected to the Third Eye Chakra (intuition, knowledge, divine wisdom).
  • Feldspar helps you in honoring yourself as a woman, honoring your sexuality and ability to create new life. Feldspar increases your self-respect, self-esteem and self-awareness. Feldspar is often associated with life’s changes and are beneficial if you have difficulty coping. It can help you see things in a more positive light. It is connected to the Solar Plexus Chakra (personal power, confidence, respect for self and others) and the Heart Chakra (love, acceptance, forgiveness).
  • Sandalwood is a sacred wood with a lovely aromatic scent, that has been used for over 4,000 years. It is said to bring one closer to the Divine. To bring back the scent of Sandalwood beads, just store in a glass jar with a lid overnight.
