For this 108 Mala I used 6mm Lava, 6mm Gold Sheen Obsidian, 6mm Pyrite and brass ball beads and spacer beads. For the Guru Bead I used a raw Pyrite. You can put essential oil on the Lava beads and use this as wearable aromatherapy. The mala has been hand-knotted on an extra strong, nylon cord with one knot between each gemstone bead. It not only looks great, it also makes it easy to use it as a tool in your meditation practice.
Mala length: 38" (96cm). Guru Bead length: 0.5" long (15mm).
Lava rock is grounding, protecting and has a deep connection to Mother Earth. It is a stone that can help you find focus, bring balance, strength and courage through times of change and can help you calm your emotions.
