Mantra meditation just means that you pick one word, or a short phrase, and you put that on repeat in your mind. A mantra is a tool that you can use when you meditate to bring stillness in your mind. You silently repeat the mantra in your mind and the repetition helps you disconnect from your thoughts.
A lot of people are intimidated by meditation. They think it’s weird, to hard or time consuming or that you have to be a “certain way” to be able to pull it off. But I say: if you can sit and if you can breath you can meditate!
